Within The Tourism Academy campus, facing historical Parade Square, stands our training restaurant, The Restaurant in the Square – aka RITS! Formerly an Armoury and Store for Maxim machine guns, and consequently a Dining Room for army troops once stationed within these heritage buildings, RITS retains the original charming façade. You may choose to dine in a cozy air-con environment or savour an al-fresco experience at the Petit Square.

The interiors provide modern industry-standard training facilities for our Hospitality & Tourism Business students. The Food & Beverage Service and Culinary modules conducted here encourage students not only to upgrade trade skills, but to also sharpen their entrepreneurial and managerial instincts.

While RITS is popular amongst TAS staff and students, it also warmly welcomes public guests.

A Two / Three Course Set Lunch Menu is on offer at $12.50 / $15.00 per pax.
